Nearby, at Crownpointe Three, 7414 Kingspointe Parkway, Wilsonart International Inc. is occupying 29,500 sf for an estimated five years at a total estimated rent of $442,500.
In Tampa, Municipal Mortgage & Equity LLC of Baltimore leased 34,484 sf of class A office space at Bayport Plaza next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel at 3000 Bayport Dr. in the Westshore office submarket for an estimated five years at an estimated aggregate rent of $3.45 million.
Florida Extruders, a manufacturer and powder coat finisher of custom aluminum extrusions, signed an estimated five-year lease for 144,000 sf of industrial space at 2001 E. Lake Mary Rd. in Sanford. The estimated five-year lease is aggregately valued at an estimated $2.16 million.
