The new people include Scott Tannenbaum, who comes onboard as a partner in the tax services group; Anthony Saitta, who joins as a director of the executive compensation group; and Andrew Wexler, who's a senior manager in the real estate financial services group. Tannenbaum moves over from Ernst & Young's Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group; Saitta was previously with E&Y's real estate advisory services group; and Wexler has been with Chelsea Property Group, where he had a senior management role in acquisitions.
As far as the new service lines, Schonbraun McCann has added capital markets services, CMBS and conduit lender services, litigation support, family wealth management, financial management outsourcing and valuation services. The firm is also planning to relocate and expand its New York City office sometime this spring, according to Schonbraun.
