Heading up the assignment at CBRE are senior vice president William R. Waxman, vice president Nicholas Nitti, first vice president Gary Capetta and sales associate Carrie Brown. The building currently has a total of 136,000 sf available for lease.
To fill that space, CBRE is targeting manufacturing or assembly operations, according to Waxman. "It is available for sale or lease."
Built in 1972, the asset is situated near New York/New Jersey port facilities. A portion of the building is currently occupied by A&E Products, a locally based maker and distributor of plastic products.
