Bert Freehof, VP of brokerage at Brenner, and Rick Abedon, also a VP, negotiated the transaction for the seller. Alan Levy of Levy Realty Advisors represented the buyer, a 15-year-old limited liability Florida investment corporation. Freehof says the location and quality of construction along with triple net leases accounting for 100% of the building's space attracted the buyer. The acquisition adds to the buyer's substantial South Florida portfolio, he says.
The property contains 45 covered first-floor parking spaces, 110 unrestricted surface parking spaces and offices on the second and third floors. Tenants include V Finance, Dubosar & Dolnick PA, Parthenon Salon Studios and Score at the Top Inc.
