"It was literally less than a month," Richard Medinis with the Dallas-based Robert Lynn Co./Corfac tells GlobeSt.com about the renewal and expansion for a manufacturer of business furniture systems, Professional Installation Network Inc. "It was a cooperative effort to get it done very quickly."
Professional Installation Network has occupied 104,000 sf at 9015 Sterling Dr. for nine years. The expansion room was carved from 9001 Sterling Dr., which has 60,000 sf left to fill.
The tenant's rep, John Fainter with Holt Lundsford Commercial in Dallas, confirms the furniture maker's pact was ripped up with "a couple years to go" for an immediate takedown of the expansion space, which is undergoing finish-out around the company's production crew.
Fainter teamed with Holt Lundsford's James Brice on behalf of the tenant in the two-building, 221-737-sf complex owned by Dallas-based Invesco Realty Advisors Inc. The industrial space has been on the market at $3.35 per sf.
