Others elected to lead the group this year were Allen Magrini, vice president of Hartz Mountain Industries of Secaucus, NJ, who is NJ-NAIOP's vice president of public affairs. Also, Jeffrey Milanaik, president of the Edison, NJ-based Heller Industrial Parks Inc., is the chapter's new vice president of special events.
George Sowa, SVP of Brandywine Realty Trust of Mt. Laurel, NJ, is the chapter's new vice president of education; and Eugene Preston, senior vice president and regional manager for the Chicago-based Higgins Development Partners, has the role of vice president of membership and communications.
Finally, Gretchen Wilcox, president and founder of the mortgage banking firm of G.S. Wilcox & Co. of Morristown, NJ, is the group's vice president of associate affairs; and Elliott Kosoffsky, COO of Frank A. Greek & Son of East Brunswick, NJ, is this year's secretary/treasurer. Headed by executive director Michael McGuinness, NJ-NAIOP has its headquarters offices in New Brunswick.
