The park is being marketed by Goodfellow Ashmore president Todd Payne SIOR, Joe Wrinn SIOR and Keith Fielding. Berkshire Park consists of 15 buildings that are located on more than 300 acres near the border of Danbury, Bethel and Brookfield in Fairfield County. Available space at the complex includes approximately 50,000 sf of office space at 6 Berkshire Blvd., 25,000 sf of light industrial space at 6-12 Parklawn Dr. and more than 10,000 sf at both 4 Research Dr. and 1 Park Ridge Rd. Berkshire is approved for up to 1.2 million sf of additional commercial space.
Payne says that his firm will be marketing the property locally, nationally and internationally through the Corfac International network. He adds that the park is "uniquely positioned to accommodate small businesses that desire 5,000 sf of space, as well as 500,000-sf complex sites for a corporate headquarters."
