Nationwide is providing LaSalle with a $30-million, 10-year, fixed-rate loan and a $5-million, seven-year, adjustable-rate loan. The properties are fully leased to single tenants, according to Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP which brokered the loans. The tenants, Haverty Furniture Cos., Hagemeyer North America and Georgia Flush Door Sales use the properties as regional distribution hubs.

Haverty's site is at 1010 Broadway Ave. Hagemeyer is at 1275 Barrow Industrial Parkway. Georgia Flush Door Sales has its distribution center at 7905 Troon Circle.

LaSalle Investment Management, a member of the Jones Lang LaSalle group, has $24 billion of assets under management. Holliday Fenoglio managing director John Rose and executive managing director Mark Gibson handled the loans for LaSalle.
