Biopharma Firm Inks 28,000-SF Office Lease

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-In need of a larger space, locally headquartered Tercica Inc. signs a six-year deal for the third and fourth floors of 2000 Sierra Point Parkway, a 218,000-sf building that Palo Alto-based Divco West Properties purchased in January on behalf of its Page Mill Properties fund.
