Miller Rd. in Garland went full circle in a couple weeks, with the search confined to the northeast sector. Key to the decision for the 103,500-sf building was the parking capability for up to 50 vehicles, Gump says, adding the high ratio was needed for the 27-year-old company's training seminars as it marked its first spot in Texas.
Al Sorrels, principal with Holt Lundsford Commercial in Dallas, is marketing the two-building, 382,000-sf Miller Road Business Center space for $4.50 per sf triple net. TA Realty Associates of Boston owns the five-year-old development.
