Dan Spell of NAI Capital, who represented Westchester Neighborhood School in the 20-year lease, reports that the school will be relocating from its current location adjacent to LAX to a two-story building that will be used for classrooms, offices and enrichment programs. The building also has a single story component that will be made into a gym and the land will be used for playing fields. The new facility is located adjacent to the Playa Vista development and will more than double the size of the current facility, enabling the school to serve a larger enrollment and to offer students new programs. The landlord, Heidt-Beethoven LLC represented itself.

EStyle, owner of the Babystyle maternity and baby clothing retail chain has extended its lease term and expanded its headquarter at the 865 S. Figueroa St. building, according to Richard Schnell of Colliers Seeley International, who represented eStyle. Schnell reports that the company now occupies 30,000 sf on the entire 27th floor and a portion of the 26th floor at 865 S. Figueroa. Previously, eStyle occupied 1,500 sf on the 27th floor of the building. The landlord Manufacturer's Life Insurance Co., was represented internally by Parker Jones.
