The investment consulting firm Brinker Capital signs a new lease for 19,600 sf at 1055 Westlakes Dr., taking occupancy in the 118,487-sf class A office building in Westlakes Office Park to 90.1%. The published asking rental rate at the property is $28 per sf.

Robert Leu, in-house leasing director, represented the owner, Cranford, NJ-based Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Scott M. Miller of the area office of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

The law firm of White and Williams LLP signed a new lease for 9,740 sf at 1235 Westlakes Dr., a 134,902-sf class A building in the same office park, taking that building's occupancy to 80.6%. Leu represented Mack-Cali and Michael Milone of Radnor-based Tactix Real Estate Advisors negotiated for the tenant.

Meanwhile, the Fluor Enterprises division of Fluor Corp. leased 18,277 sf at Rose Tree II, a 160,000-sf office building at 1400 N. Providence Rd. in the Rose Tree Corporate Center in Media, which is approximately 15 miles south of Berwyn. The lease includes a 13,949-sf renewal and a 4,328-sf expansion for the engineering, construction and maintenance services company.

The agreement takes leasing in the building to 96.4%. The published asking rental rate for this property is between $22 per sf and $24 per sf. Bill Cusick of the area office of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, and in-house leasing director Jake Fruncillo represented the owner, Mack-Cali.
