The units at the eight story property, called 905 Juniper, will be priced from $175,000 to $1 million-plus. Coldwell Banker the Condo Store is handling sales. Officials at Cousins and Gellerstedt couldn't be reached to learn the estimated development cost of the project. However, area construction industry sources tell GlobeSt.com the overall project will probably come in at about $25 million, based on average hard and soft costs of about $213,000 per unit. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2006.
Gellerstedt Development LLC is a two-year-old firm formed by Larry Gellerstedt III. He also has condo development plans in suburban Decatur, near City Hall East in Atlanta and at Centennial Olympic Park.
