Frank Tomasulo, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, represented Ginsburg in the long-term lease of more than 10 years. He says that his firm had been working with Ginsburg for more than a year because the residential development firm had outgrown its Hawthorne headquarters space.

"Initially we looked in a broad area, but it became clear that with its density of projects in the county, they wanted to stay in Westchester," Tomasulo says. After reviewing about six potential relocation candidates, Ginsburg selected 100 Summit Lake Dr. for the functionality of the space as well as its lavish amenities, which Tomasulo says will upgrade the company's corporate office image.

Among the tenants at the Summit complex are Towers Perrin, PepsiCo, John Hancock Life Insurance Company, Fuji Photo Film and American Express Financial Advisors.
