Interconnect expects to move to the 759 Flynn Rd. unit in April. The 765 Flynn Rd. unit is occupied by RMB Products. ISI's new building is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 3,000 sf of office space, 17-foot minimum interior clearance and 2.3 parking spaces per 1,000 sf of building area. ISI is headquartered at 708 Via Alondra in Camarillo and will retain that facility. ISI, which produces and distributes semiconductor enhancement modules, was represented by Joe Jusko of Lee & Associates.

In another deal reported by Daum, Principals of Professional Solar Products have acquired a new 10,407-sf industrial building in Silver Strand Business Center for relocation and expansion to Oxnard from Camarillo, according to Mike Walsh of the Ventura County office of GVA Daum. Walsh reports that Stan Ullman and Diane Narhi purchased a building at 1750 Westar in Oxnard, with Walsh representing both the buyers and Silver Strand Equity Ltd., whose general partner Martin Teitelbaum developed the project.

Professional Solar Products is a manufacturer and distributor of solar products. The company is moving from a facility that Walsh leased to it some 10 years ago. The company's new headquarters is a concrete tilt-up structure with dock high loading, 1,234 sf of office space, 16-foot minimum interior clearance and on-site parking for 20 cars.
