At Choice, O'Leary generated about 100 new franchise agreements. He is a five-time member of Choice's Presidents Club and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and the Duke University School of Law. O'Leary's territory will be Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina.
