In addition to pursuing local area properties for conversion to condominiums, Camps is charged with identifying and acquiring properties nationwide and then overseeing their transition to for-sale condos. Specifically, he will target different cities in order to establish a regional presence in each for later continued growth, according to a company statement.

Among the multifamily projects Camps has managed are Williams Island in Aventura, Turnberry Las Vegas and properties in California for Crescent Heights of America. He began his career as an architect under Morris Lapidus, who designed the Fontainebleau in Miami among other landmark hotels and condos around the world. Later, Camps served as an owner's rep for numerous high-rise condo developers.
