This is the first luxury condo to be built on Philadelphia's Main Line in 18 years. Groundbreaking of the 330,000-sf building was in August 2004 and the construction cost is $100 million. Units range in size from a 1,084-sf "Peninsula" one-bedroom, 1.5-bath layout, to the 5,028-sf "Savoy" three-bedroom, den, 4.5-bath penthouse floor plan. The latter also includes two Juliette balconies, a media room, optional fireplace, his-and-her offices and his-and-her master baths.
The property's amenities include a fitness facility, library, 24/7 concierge, high-speed Internet access and hotel suites for residents' guests. The architect is Philadelphia-based Bower Lewis & Thrower. Prudential Fox Roach is the marketing and sales agency.
O'Neill has more than $4 billion in real estate holdings and focuses primarily on the redevelopment of surplus brownfield industrial and military real estate into class A office space and luxury multifamily properties. It is currently developing more than 12,000 residential units in the Northeast and has developed more than 13 million sf of office space over the past five years.
