In a separate industrial transaction in Buena Park, Metals USA, a Houston-based manufacturer and seller of building products such as aluminum patio enclosures and patio covers, has expanded itspresence in the city by signing a seven-year lease for a 168,175-sf building at 6450 Caballero. The company had occupied 72,079 sf and will now occupy the balance of the building. Bob Crenshaw with Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented the tenant, with the landlord Denver-based ProLogis, representing itself.
