CONCORDVILLE, PA-In unrelated Delaware County transactions, Oasis Family Fun Center opens a 20,332-sf recreational facility in Concord Industrial Park here, and First Keystone Bank leases land in Aston to construct its eighth bank branch. Together, these transactions are valued in excess of $2.5 million.

The Oasis center at 35 LaCrue St. here includes a rock-climbing wall, video games and a variety of other recreational activity areas and can be rented for children's parties. Marshall J. Soss, president of Chadds Ford-based KarMar Realty Group Inc., says the aggregate value of the lease exceeds $1 million.

Justin M. Soss, VP of KarMar, represented Oasis in the negotiations. The local-area office of Fox Commercial Real Estate represented Whelan LaCrue LP, the building owner.

Meanwhile, the KarMar principals represented both the landowner and Media-based First Keystone Bank in negotiating a 29-year land lease at Pennell Rd. and Mary Ann Dr. in nearby Aston. The value of the lease is in excess of $1.5 million.

First Keystone is constructing a 2,400-sf branch that includes three drive-in teller stations and an ATM in addition to banking offices on the property. The regional banking firm operates seven other branches in Chester and Delaware counties.
