The largest property in the new assignment is the 394,070-sf North Chicago Business Park in that Lake County suburb. The warehouse and distribution facility at 30120 Skokie Hwy. was built by HSA and Bridge Development Partners. HSA Commercial Real Estate executive vice president and managing director Tim Thompson, SIOR, and senior vice president Doug Reed will continue to handle leasing at the property.
Thompson, Reed and associate Paul Broderick have a 134,000-sf hole to fill at O'Hare East Business Center, a 325,000-sf property at 3708 N. River Rd. in Franklin Park. HSA Commercial Real Estate also developed that property.
Meanwhile, more than half of the 130,813-sf property at 1645 Downs Dr. in West Chicago is available. HSA Commercial Real Estate is handling leasing at the property.
Likewise, nearly half of the 120,822-sf property at 468-72 Brighton Dr. in the Covington Corporate Center in Bloomingdale is vacant. Thompson and Broderick are handling leasing duties.
