Before signing this latest renewal and restructuring, Marriott Vacation Club had expanded several times since occupying the building. It is the major tenant in the office project, with approximately 50% of the total space. In its latest deal before this renewal, Marriott was on a five-year lease. The space serves as the Marriott Vacation Club's Orange County executive offices and marketing call center.

Steve Lane and Carl Johnson of the Irvine office of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Marriott International Club, with landlord Colton Capital represented by Adam Boskovich, who formerly was in-house with Colton. The tenant is a marketer of vacation ownership resorts and is a subsidiary of Marriott International Inc.
