Rossi heads Grubb & Ellis' Investment Services Group. At St. Joe Commercial, Rossi directed the disposition of $120 million of office and retail developments. At Koger, he assisted in the development and acquisition of 3.6 million sf of office building investments.
Joining Rossi as new members of the local staff are David G. Calcanis, Samuel J. DeLiddo and Kale Swain. Calcanis is a 20-year Central Florida real estate professional and is a business development broker; he will work with Jason G. Toll, vice president and principal of the company's Land Services Group.
DeLiddo, a former sports marketing company manager, joins Grubb & Ellis as a marketing associate. Swain was a sales executive with Palm Fruit and Lanier Worldwide before joining Grubb & Ellis as a sales associate. He will work with Michael G. Sweeney, vice president of the company's Office Services Group, focusing on landlord representation services.
