Bell says it's one of the most prominent office buildings in the market, and "the West Palm Beach office market's strong demographics generated intense investor appeal." SouthTrust Bank is the anchor tenant.

Bell and Jay Caplin of the area office of Cushman & Wakefield originally sourced the listing, and Bell continued to oversee the marketing of the property after he left C&W last year to join TCC.
