Jonathan Kingsley, EVP and managing director of Grubb's South Florida offices, says the building is in "an area that has become a strategic alternative to the West Airport submarket for institutional investors."
The building is located on a nearly 20-acre site and is 100% leased. Among the tenants are Econocaribe Consolidators, which is one of the country's largest non-vessel operating common carriers in the ocean freight transportation industry; Bernuth Agencies, a Miami-based marine cargo company; and Crystal Art of Florida.
