Carrying the addresses of 12211 and 12215 Plum Orchard Dr., the TecHill buildings were completed in 2000 and 2002. At the time of the transaction they were fully occupied by the likes of engineering consulting firm Greenhorne & O'Mara, Children's Hospital administrative offices, and healthcare information systems solutions provider SoftMed Systems, which calls TecHill II all its own.
