The design, by architect Tseng Consulting Group, is a Mediterranean-style complex of eight three-story buildings surrounding a courtyard. It is a gated, landscaped development that includes a pool, children's playground, clubroom and fitness center.

Each of the four different floor plans contains a balcony or patio of about 58 sf. All are pre-wired for cable and include laundry areas with washer/dryer hookups. One-, two- and three-bedroom units range in size from 700 sf to 1,208 sf. The selling prices span from $99,000 to $175,990. John Barr, president of this Cornerstone division, says the project is 50% pre-sold, and "the sales occurred within just 30 days," he adds, noting that this is affordable housing in an "area of high demand."

This division is also currently developing two multifamily projects, Sonoma Bay and Marsh Harbour, in Riviera Beach. The parent company has developed more than 16,000 residential rental and condo units throughout Florida.
