In the Santa Ana lease, New Tangram LLC, an office furniture manufacturer and dealer in SouthernCalifornia, has signed a $2 million lease for 18,591-sfbuilding at 2850 Redhill Ave. in Santa Ana. Mark Sigler and Chris Deason of Voit's Irvine office represented the landlord, Kinco Redhill LLC with Dave Willis of Cresa Partners representing the tenant.
In the City of Orange deal, represented HQ Global Workplaces renewed its lease for 21,146 sf at 333 City Boulevard West in the $5.9 million transaction. The CB Richard Ellis team of Rick Sherburne, Alex Hayden, andTravis Boyd of CBRE's Newport Beach office represented the tenant. The City Limited Partnership, the landlord, was represented by Mark Valentine of Equity OfficeManagement LLC.
