The new three-story office building, which is scheduled for completion in July 2006, is being designed by San Diego-based Milo Architecture Group to match the two existing buildings in architecture. The first two buildings were constructed in 1999 and currently maintain 100% occupancy. John Chamberlain, CEO of American Assets, notes that the company was one of the first to build an office complex in the area. American Assets was founded in 1967 and owns a portfolio of approximately 3.7 million sf of retail, 1.6 million sf of office and more than 1,000 apartment units throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Hawaii.
