Property records indicate Metropolitan Terrazzo paid $585,000 for its warehouse and manufacturing building. NAI Hiffman senior associate Benjamin Cremer represented Metropolitan Terrazzo in negotiations with Steve Ballagh of Kensington Properties, who represented the Arlington Heights-based sellers.
