The Heron Building, built in 1925, is a 12-story mixed-use office and retail building that is owned by 6th and Olive Inc. and is 83% leased. Jerry Wang, EVP in Charles Dunn's Downtown office, will serve as account director for the property and Denise LeDoux, general manager in Charles Dunn's Downtown office, will serve as senior portfolio manager.
Elkin's Portfolio includes Beverly Westwood Inc., City Improvement Inc., Anita Elkins Trust and George Elkins Trust. The 14 properties are in La Puente, Fountain Valley, San Bernardino, Whittier, San Marino, Covina, Corona, Los Angeles, Rosemead, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Patrick Conn, president of Property Management in Charles Dunn's Downtown office, will serve as the account manager for the portfolio and LeDoux will serve as senior portfolio manager.
