The largest of the assets is 200 Hellen St. in South Plainfield, which totals nearly 792,600 sf of warehouse and office space. Current tenants in the building include Baker Express and Prevost Car.
The second asset is 47 Brunswick Ave. in Edison, a 265,134-sf warehouse/office combination that is mostly occupied by the Aigner Group. The women's apparel retailer uses the building as its national distribution center.
The assignment also includes 2301 Cottontail Lane, a 138,204-sf warehouse/office facility in Somerset, occupied by Kyocera and Nexthop Communications; and 390 Campus Dr., an 80,500-sf facility, also in Somerset, occupied by Aero Source Inc. and Express Book Freight.
SVP Michael Taylor, senior leasing director Peter Zaslowe and senior property manager Eva Deforest are handling the assignment for Lincoln. The owner of the portfolio was not identified.
