The Norco project follows a recent Investment Building Group warehouse development at 1900 Compton Ave. in Corona, reported on GlobeSt.com. The 93,000-sf building is situated on nearly 4.9 acres and is leased to two tenants for five and seven year leases valued at approximately $3 million.
