He comes to the new job from an 11-year stint at Equity Office Properties, where he focused on office and retail brokerage in Manhattan. Included in his list of hits are the 500,000-foot deal he closed for Dewey Ballantine, the 300,000-sf lease for Lehman Brothers and the Discovery Channel's 150,000-sf agreement at 850 Third Ave. Prior to his run at EOP, Greenberg was a broker for Grubb & Ellis.

This is the latest in a string of personnel announcements coming from Green. Last month, Steven Durels and Edward Piccinich were both promoted--Durels to the role of executive vice president and director of leasing, while Piccinich was tapped to serve as executive vice president and director of operations and construction.
