US Bank Plaza, which is located at 200 S. Sixth St., has 41,444 sf of contiguous space on floors 16 and 17, and 43,392 sf of contiguous space on floors 31 and 32. Hines still has another 110,000 sf of vacant space available in the 1.3 million sf building, but will continue to handle leasing for that space itself.
Among its key tenants, aside from US Bank, include the Fredrikson & Byron law firm and the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Hines owns four of the five largest office buildings in the Downtown, including Wells Fargo Center.
