The valuation and advisory services group in the local office of CB Richard Ellis hired Peter Goodell as VP for litigation support. Goodell was previously with Marshall & Stevens, a national valuation consulting specialist, where he oversaw litigation-related valuation assignments. In that capacity he testified in courts on valuation matters pertaining to bankruptcies, claims of lender liability, tenant-landlord rent disputes. Jim Agner, managing director of the CBRE group, says Goodell's priority will be "to provide preparation and presentation expertise needed by our valuation clients facing the potential threat of litigation."

The local office of Grubb & Ellis hired Paul N. Isenbergh as SVP in its industrial services group. Isenbergh comes from Staubach Co., and previously worked in the local office of Cushman & Wakefield, where Jonathan Kingsley, EVP and managing director of the Grubb office, says, "he was a top producer for many years."

Meanwhile, Studley promoted two executives in its Fort Lauderdale office. Alisa Waerlop moved up from associate director to managing director, and Jon Bourbeau became an associate director, moving up from assistant director.

Waerlop joined Studley's Atlanta office in 1998 and assisted in the opening of the Fort Lauderdale office two years later. Her specialty is representing national companies with multi-facility location office space requirements. Bourbeau has been with this office since its inception.
