Tampa-based Advantage Delivery & Logistics leased a total 23,889 sf at three Florida locations. In Jacksonville, the tenant signed a 39-month lease at 6030 Bowdendale Ave. for 3,350 sf. Ernest Watkins of Staubach's Tallahassee office co-brokered this transaction with Malone.

In East Tampa, ADL expanded its existing facilities by 5,927 sf in Breckenridge II at 5910 Breckenridge. ADL will occupy 11,164 sf for a seven-year term. Bill Reeves of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. represented the landlord.

And in Miami, ADL relocated its facilities into the Sunshine Terminal II at 15801 NW 15th Ave. and will occupy 9,375 sf for a 34-month term. Marc Napolitano of Sunshine State Industrial Park negotiated for the park owner.

ADL is a regional overnight transportation delivery provider the entire state of Florida and southern Georgia. The company has 10 statewide distribution centers and is expanding into more markets, Malone tells GlobeSt.com.

In a separate transaction on Florida's east coast in Melbourne, Malone represented Norandex/Reynolds Distribution Co. of Macedonia, OH in a five-year, 7,900-sf lease for five years at 605 Distribution Dr. Brian Ridgely of Lightle Commercial Inc. represented the property owner.
