The building is one of two completed in the center, which is under development by Atlanta-based IDI. Building B contains 289,000 sf. Both are spec-built facilities and another three buildings are planned in this park.

Larry Dinner, VP of leasing for IDI's Fort Lauderdale region, represented the owner in the transaction. While he would not tell GlobeSt.com the aggregate value of the transaction, he says, "the asking rental rate in the park is $5.75 per sf, triple-net." ABB was represented in house.

This Miramar center is one of five IDI business centers in South Florida. The others are Marina West Business Center, Miramar Centre Business Park, Pompano Business Center and Weston Business Center. In all, the company has developed more than three million sf of industrial space in South Florida since 1988.
