The new firm, a sister company to Transeastern Homes, "will focus on sales and marketing services specifically designed for the real estate developer, such as high-velocity priority reservation sales programs for hotel condos, condo conversions, fractional ownership and new residential projects," says Neil Eisner, the company's president and CEO.

Eisner adds, "Century Marketing provides a scalable resource that frees developers and homebuilders from the pressures of marketing and allows them to focus on building a quality product." The firm will pitch its new services to national and international developments, the CEO says.

Falcone Group chairman Arthur Falcone founded Century Marketing. Other company executives besides Falcone and Eisner are Joel Lazar, executive vice president, and Michael Dwyer, vice president and general manager. Lazar is also corporate vice president of sales and marketing for Transeastern Homes.
