Mill Run Corporate Center is a 150-acre, 17-lot industrial park located between Rte. 100, Mill Rd. and Tilghman St. It is a mile north of Interstate 78 and zoned for light industrial. Following Liberty's purchase, just one lot remains available for sale. Frank T. Smith of locally based Summit Management and Realty Co. represented both the seller and the buyer.

Liberty currently owns 76 buildings with an aggregate of 13 million sf in the Lehigh Valley within a total portfolio of more than 700 properties. It is currently constructing a one-million-sf build-to-suit for Wakefern Food on 83 acres it acquired a year ago in Boulder Business Center in Upper Macungie where it owns nine buildings. Robert Fenza, Liberty's EVP and CEO, cites the Lehigh Valley as a market that is showing significant improvement.
