Post Peachtree, a 19-story, landmark high-rise along Peachtree Road in the Buckhead district, is being transformed into a 121-unit condominium complex called the Peachtree Residences. Prices begin from the mid-$170s. Units range from 652 sf to 2,572 sf of living area.
Post president and CEO Dave Stockert says the new strategy is part of a long-term approach to incorporate high-end, for-sale units into the firm's multifamily portfolio. He notes that the firm's initiatives have been "carefully planned and are being deliberately executed."
Post currently has multifamily-conversion projects in Dallas, Tampa and Washington, DC. Coldwell Banker The Condo Stores is handling marketing and sales of the Peachtree Residences.
