Michael Colgan, a CBRE SVP, and associate Rija Beares head the leasing team. Colgan says the full service rental rate is $21.50 per sf, plus electric. He says space within the buildings can be divided into office suites ranging from 2,011 sf to 20,205 sf.
Two and Three Valley Square are three-story buildings totaling 84,605 sf and 71,000 sf, respectively. One, Four and Five Valley Square are two-story buildings with floor plates of from 9,200 sf to 35,000 sf.
The park is located on 22 acres at Township Line and Walton Rd., 25 minutes from Center City Philadelphia and the Philadelphia International Airport. Among the current tenants are Locus Discovery, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Hewlett-Packard, Horizon Behavioral, Merck Medco Care and RSM McGladrey Inc.
