"In spite of this sluggish activity, EastRidge has successfully closed over 70,000 sf of leases in the first quarter of the year," Delgorio continues. "This follows in the wake of a very robust fourth quarter of 2004 for the portfolio in which over 106,000 sf of lease transactions were signed." Major transactions in the fourth quarter of last year at the EastRidge portfolio included St. Paul/Traveler's Indemnity signing for 19,260 sf at 701 Westchester Ave., J. Reckner Associates inking of a 12,180-sf lease at 3 Gannett Dr. and Con Ed Solutions and Energy, which are existing EastRidge tenants, signing leases totaling 45,622 sf at 701 Westchester Ave.
