Financial details of Cooley Godward's new lease have not been made available; however, class A space in the Reston/Herndon submarket goes for an average $25.79 per-sf, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Year End 2004 Market Beat report. Located just seven miles from Washington Dulles International Airport, the five-year-old One Freedom Square is part of Boston Properties' portfolio.
