Walters moves to Opus from locally based Brickstone Realty Corp. where he was responsible for leasing, land acquisition and entitlement. In his new post he's responsible for marketing and development of the company's assigned and originated projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The portfolio includes industrial, office and retail projects throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and central and southern New Jersey and Delaware.
Opus East is one of Minnetonka, MN-based Opus Group's six independent operating companies. It established its mid-Atlantic office, headed by C. Craig Guers, VP and general manager, in Plymouth Meeting in 1998.
Guerrieri moved from a marketing research firm in Princeton, NJ to the local office of Grubb & Ellis in 2000, where he provided research and marketing services, most recently as research manager. In his new post with the Philadelphia office group, he'll focus on office leasing for owners and tenants, reporting to Bob Clements, EVP and managing director for Grubb locations in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware.
