Dr., boasts a location right off the Dulles Toll Rd. Its near zero occupancy status makes the property a unique offering in the current market.
"Point West Plaza is one of the few large blocks of class A office space remaining in Tyson's Corner," Millennium's John McEvilly tells GlobeSt.com. McEvilly and colleagues Mike Shuler and Robert Walters brokered the transaction, and will stay on with the new owner to handle leasing of the building, which is being marketed at $30 per sf.
