The Nason, Yeager lease represents a 33% expansion in the 12-story, 122,000-sf office building where it has maintained offices for 20 years. It will now occupy the entire 12th floor and portions of the eighth and 11th. Gregory Katz, EVP and branch manager of Studley's Florida region; Alisa Waerlop, managing director, and Jon Bourbeau, associate director of its Fort Lauderdale office, represented the tenant. The building owner, Tricony West Palm Beach LLC, was represented in house. Terms of the lease are undisclosed. According to data from the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis, the average asking rental rate in West Palm Beach is $19.32 per sf.
Katz and Bourbeau also represented Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs in its search for expanded space in Boca Raton. In July it will relocate from 10,184 sf at 2500 N. Military Trail to the entire ninth floor of the 11-story class A Plaza building in the Town Center area. Mike Erickson of CB Richard Ellis represented Metropolitan Life, the building owner. Lease terms are undisclosed. CBRE data puts the average asking rental rate for class A office space in Boca Raton at $17.76 per sf.
