At the same time, senior vice president Lance Pokorny, the office's financial manager, also gets a new assignment as director of the newly created Operations for the Florida Trade Area. A new addition to the TCC team is Stephen R. Aldridge, a former senior estimator and business developer at R.J. Griffin & Co. in Orlando. He becomes development manager in TCC's local office.
Ingle, a CPA, brings 17 years of financial experience to Trammell Crow. Prior to her work at Disney, she was a financial associate with Winter Park-based Fishkind & Associates, a regional economic consulting firm; senior financial analyst for Fiserv Inc.; and director of finance/group controller-Americas for Scala North America Inc., a Netherlands-based software company. At TCC, Ingle will be responsible for all financial reporting and accounting in the state for TCC's Development and Global Services segments.
Pokorny, TCC's financial manager since 2002, has been "an integral player in the company's numerous Florida initiatives," says Paul Ellis, principal and North Florida Area Director for TCC. Pokorny was previously vice president in TCC's Mergers and Acquisitions Group and has held various positions in the company's Midwest region. He also spent five years with Ernst & Young.
Aldridge brings 12 years of commercial and institutional construction experience in the Central Florida area to Crow. Before his work at R.J. Griffin & Co., he was a project engineer for an infrastructure package at Islands of Adventures at Universal Studios of Orlando. He previously was a project engineer at a power plant for Orlando Utilities Commission.
