Bevium II Holdings sold the NW Second Street parcel for just over $3.4 million an acre or about $78.58 per sf. Richard Spado of the local office of Colliers International handled the sales transaction.

Dolphin Center is located at the northeast quadrant of the State Road 836/Dolphin Expressway and the Florida Turnpike, across from Dolphin Mall. It encompasses more than 140 acres in the Airport-West Dade submarket and is master planned and zoned to accommodate more than three million sf of industrial, office, telecom and flex product.

Wayne Schuchts, first VP of the Miami office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller, Lightspeed at Beacon Tradeport, in the sale. Schuchts says the center has approximately 20 acres of available land sites.
