Whitesell was represented in the transaction by Lou Battagliese and Harry McKenna of Jackson Cross Partners of Philadelphia. Infinity was represented by the Bushar Corp. of Bridgeport, PA. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The facility, owned by the Delran, NJ-based Whitesell, sits on a seven-acre site. It includes more than 6,000 sf of office space, with the rest of the building built out for manufacturing and warehouse use.
